Everday shops in the area (bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, etc.), well connected to metro/RER/bus stations to get quickly to any place in Paris.
Optimised space : lot of storage, double bed 140x200cm that can be raised during the day, sofa bed 130x190, spacious shower in the bathroom.
